Each Special Order product page shows the expected ETA of the item ordered. Special Order items usually take between 5 - 14 days business days before they can be dispatched. This is because the store needs to order and receive the item/s from the supplier.

If you don't want to pay for delivery or need your items ASAP, you can pick it up from our tools warehouse in Dandenong, Melbourne. Just bear in mind not all items are in stock. You'll be able to see if they do during the checkout process.
