Warranty

We offer a great selection of tools that have been sourced from reliable manufacturers who take care in developing their products for your use. We carefully work with each manufacturer to understand their processes so that we feel comfortable in making their product range available to you. We would not offer products that we would not use, so we select only the best for distribution through our physical and online stores.

Like with any good acquired, there may be issues that need to be resolved. The product might be inherently defective, have suffered damage during delivery, develop an issue after user or experience some other problem. Whatever the cause for concern might be, we are here to help support you with any issue that you might have with the products that you have ordered or received. Please consult our Returns Policy in the first instance before you proceed with making a claim to us and make sure you have retained the original copy of the invoice or receipt.

All of our products come with manufacturer provided warranties that are described on the product page of each product online. If you require any further information about the product’s warranty, please write to us at info@norvatools.com.au or contact us on (03) 9793 3558. We will advise you on the warranty that applies. In addition to these warranties, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees include products not being faulty, being fit for purpose and matching a sample or description.

Following the receipt of your concern, we will assess it, ask you a few questions and consider whether we raise your concern with the manufacturer or resolve your concern by providing reasons. Our acceptance of your concern does not indicate that we have admitted any liability, and the final decision will only be made by the manufacturer in writing (unless the issue has been caused by us). We will then engage in a process for the return or refund of the product, as the case may be.
